(Complain letter)
I am a loyal customer of GSC but I had a VERY BAD
EXPERIENCE at GSC which is in One Utama yesterday
(25th July 2009).
Around 11:15pm yesterday, one of your staffs who
is Mohamad Arif served my friends and I at the
ticketing counter. It was a Saturday night, so
there was a lot of people line up to get the
movie tickets, so as we.
Since THE TAKING OF PELHAM 123 (18PL) ENGLISH
at 12am which we were interested to watch it
so much has been selling fast, so Mohamad Arif
asked us wait for 10 minutes to get the
reservation at the very first minute (At the
same time, there are other peoples waiting for
the reservation also).
When the reservation released, Mohamad Arif did
not give us the priority to buy tickets, but
sold to those customers who were later than us,
according to GSC’s principle, should be 1st come
1st serve, should not Mohamad Arif sold the
tickets to us first, then only sold to others?
I am extremely dissatisfied with what had happened.
If he did not intend to give us the priority to buy
the movie tickets, then why he promised us that we
could get the priority at the very beginning? This
makes us feel like a fool while waiting the reservation
release.
I hope that the management of GSC can take this matter
seriously, customers go to GSC for entertainment, but
not been treated unfairly. I will appreciate if I could
get a satisfactory explanation as soon as possible.
Thank you.
